Picture shows it as grey. The cup I got is white. They refuse to fix it and say they don’t have it in grey. Also the printing is awful. Smeared and very low quality. Absolute garbage.

The logo was chipped in two places upon receipt. Looking at the options, there was only a way to return it, rather than exchange it, which disappointed me. In fear the Diet Coke would sell out before I could return it and re-ordered a new one of this limited edition, I just kept it. Printing of the logo was a bit blurry and streaked in addition to the chips. Keeping it, because I am a huge Diet Coke drinker and it's a limited edition run, but very disappointed that I can't report a defect and exchange it, and disappointed with the quality. All our other Frost Buddy items are perfect.

Can you tell me how the Frost Buddy I ordered fits a regular 12 oz can of pop? When I set it in, it drops down all the way which means the top of the can is. It accessible. From the description and drawings, it’s supposed to stop at a ridge but those are not on the one I ordered. Am I missing how to use it? TIA.
