OUR RETURN POLICY
Our top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- The item is in its original packaging

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A PRE-PAID LABEL
If you are returning an item because of a damage, wrong product received, or does not meet your expectations, we will send you a FREE PREPAID LABEL.
*If items are damaged or you received the wrong item, we will investigate and ask for proof. *
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, our warehouse will inspect it to see if it meets the qualification for a refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A REFUND?
If the return is in good condition and in line with the eligibility, we will issue a full refund.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on frostbuddy.com for the correct item.
