Can we talk about GOOD customer service for a minute?! 👏🏼

My sons Frost Buddy water bottle broke after only about a month of use. The handle on the lid broke, so I reached out to customer service and sent them a couple of pictures.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much because, well… customer service these days can be hit or miss. 😂

But Kath at Frost Buddy responded and was SO nice! She apologized, said it wasn’t the experience they wanted for us, and immediately offered to send a replacement lid. No hassle. No arguing. No making me jump through hoops. Just, “We’ll make this right.” 🙌🏼

THAT is how you take care of your customers. ❤️

Things happen. Products can break. What really stands out is how a company handles it when they do—and Frost Buddy handled it perfectly.
