The picture I sent was of nothing just like I have received nothing. I’m very displeased at this process as I have ordered two bottles and received nothing. But your asking for a review

Love the bottle buddy's and the softball drip design is perfect! Softball fields are my happy place and the bottle buddy adds to my happiness 😊 its hot in Oklahoma so keeping my water cold is a must and this vessel doesn't fail. A+++

You could send me the product! Every time I went track my order all I got was label created, not received at facility for delivery. I sent an email about the problem and never received an answer. I have been charged for the product but never received it! Please give me my money back or I will have to take action against you!

Worst customer service. The bottle is very nice but the customer service is absolutely useless. Wouldn’t let me use a gift card (which is actual money) while also using a promo code. Couldn’t offer any meaningful resolution. Made me return the item just to use the gift card

I really wanted to love this bottle for my son, but unfortunately it’s just not working out. The color scratches off really easily and already showing missing spots, the lid started leaking a week after we got it and discovered hairline cracks on the lid. Overall disappointed with the quality of the bottle. I love the look, wish it could be actually leak proof and not scratch off the color so easily.

This is the PERFECT water bottle! My son LOVES it and brings it everywhere. It’s so well thought out, from the two options for drinking to the bottom of the water bottle that doesn’t scratch the table. It keeps his water cold for hours. And for the moms.. it’s so easy to clean with no hidden areas where mold can form. Favorite water bottle by far!
