This was a birthday present for my active duty Air Force son currently stationed in Alaska. I repackaged it and sent it off. He received it and Loves It!

The package was delivered to the wrong address and Frost Buddy did nothing to help me find it. I got an automated response with no support. I spent a week tracking down the package myself. Then I open it it once found only to find a Pittsburgh Pirate buddy inside my Philadelphia Phillies box. I wasted my time tracking a package only to receive the wrong item . I am beyond frustrated with lack of service, the wrong item received and out of my money. Going from excited to out of money and frustrated!

Love this thing, I hate warm beer and within minutes that cold beer is warm. With the frost buddy your cold beer is ice cold from the first to last sip of that beer.
