The extra lid I bought for my cup doesn't fit? It goes inside my cup, so I can't use it. Because everything will leak out. So I just wasted my money on a lid that I can't use for my cup.

I’ve sent [email protected] two emails asking what I can do to resolve this lid not fitting into this cup. If someone could please respond, I would be extremely grateful.
