I am so glad that you guys sell replacement inserts for my universal buddy. That was gifted to me from my BF. Husband accidentally lost the original one.

Fixed my issue with certain can sizes.
This inserter actually fixed the problem I had with 12 oz. coors light cans sticking in the metal inserts. Thank you for rectifing my issue with your metal inserts. For the record, I didn't have problems with any other 12 oz. Cans I tried from other products with your metal inserts, just coors light 12 oz.

This part of my shipment was not in the package along with the two (2) Frost Buddy "Universal Buddy" items that I ordered. I love my Frost Buddy products and I would like to order more, but it's hard to do so when I can't get support for a missing item.
