I originally lost my insert. So I ordered a new one. Well, it helps when you pay attention to what you are ordering. Yup, I ordered the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they shipped me the correct one the next day! Now that the insert 3.0 is back in stock, I ordered that one (you can never go wrong having a back up)!

I ordered 2 FrostBuddys and we love them! We did have a defective sleeve in my husband's, but within 30 minutes of notifying them, I received notification of a replacement being shipped. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service!
