Love Frost Buddy products and their customer service and all the great employees. I am a customer for life.
-
I like the versatility of this 40 oz Frost Buddy. I can sip with the straw or directly out of the top. I love the no show straw feature. Looking forward to traveling with this cup
-
the fact it actually dose what it says about keeping drinks cold unlike other brands is amazing also the handle is amazing

Something is wrong with the straw in the lid and customer support won’t help, the straws simply don’t work. It’s a great cup if you don’t use the straw and sip instead. But the stainless steel straw doesn’t work (doesn’t stay attached/too small) and customer support said “yeah we know just don’t use it” and then even with the plastic straw when you put the lid in close position then back to straw position, it detaches it slightly so you get half drink half air, like when your straw has a hole in it. Customer service said if I can send them a video of this issue they’ll send me a new lid. How do I video that exactly?

I love your cups the new lid is nice but I prefer my straw in middle of cup, makes it reachable from any angle.
