Got this one for my husband he uses it everyday for his coffee. He loves it.

I have expressed my concerns to customer service about the lid not lining up properly to beagle to drink from it. It is at an awkward angle, not comfortable at all. And the response i received was that I could adjust the lid to either left or right. I did. As the pictures show one is left one is right and neither is properly aligned to drink from. This is even with the one lid. I am a bit disappointed in the customer service as they replied to an old email that was not even in the conversation email that I sent. I feel they did not look well at the pictures to see the alignment of the straw.

It's a hot and cold Frost Buddy Sunday morning. I have my coffee in my Universal XL with sip lid and my new Thicc Buddy 40 with sip lid. Coffee in the Universal and a cold beverage in the 40. Love the Moonstone design. Customer Service is outstanding. I have a total of 5 Frost Buddy's. I think I have a problem. haha. Get yours!
