Welcome to the Frost Buddy Fam. Before you start repping your code, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By joining our ambassador program, you agree to the following rules and expectations.
🧊 A. General Terms
- You must be 18+ years old or have parental consent to participate.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any ambassador at our sole discretion.
- We may update these terms at any time, with or without notice.
- Participation in this program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
💰 B. Commission & Payouts
- Ambassadors will receive commission for valid purchases made through their unique referral link or discount code.
- Orders must not be returned or canceled to qualify for commission.
- Self-referrals are not allowed — that’s not the Frost Buddy way.
- We reserve the right to adjust or revoke commissions in cases of abuse or fraud.
🔗 C. Prohibited Uses of Your Ambassador Link
To keep this program fair and fun, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting your referral code on coupon or deal websites (e.g. Honey, RetailMeNot, etc.)
- Creating ads that compete with Frost Buddy’s paid media
- Sharing your link in the Frost Buddy VIP Facebook Group
- Spamming your code in comments, forums, or DMs
- Misleading claims about Frost Buddy products
- Sharing false promotions or discounts not approved by our team
Violation of these rules may result in:
- Immediate removal from the program
- Loss of pending commission
- Permanent ban from future Frost Buddy partnerships

- Stay aligned with our brand values (honesty, good vibes, no corporate BS)
- Don’t misrepresent our products or pricing
- Don’t use our name or imagery for anything offensive, political, or misleading
