75 Days with these tasks each day:
1. Follow a strict diet (no cheat meals/no alcohol)
2. 2x 45 workouts everyday (one must be outside)
3. Drink 1 gallon of water a day
4. Read 10 pages of non-fiction a day
5. Take progress picture
